Hilton Credit Cards

Jan 26, 2024 By Triston Martin

There are several different branded credit card alternatives available to Hilton loyalists. After the hotel giant forged an exclusive partnership with American Express in 2018, the card issuer rethought its product lineup. It introduced various new Hilton credit cards with varying annual fees and initial bonuses. The lineup as it stands right now:

Hilton Honors American Express Card

A yearly charge of $0. After spending $1,000 in purchases on the card during the first three months of Card Membership, you will be eligible to receive 80,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points. There are certain restrictions.

Hilton Honors American Express Surpass® Card

A yearly charge of $95. Spend $2,000 on purchases with your new card during the first three months of your Card Membership, and you'll be rewarded with 130,000 bonus Hilton Honors points. There are certain restrictions.

Hilton Honors American Express Business Card

A yearly charge of $95. After making transactions totaling $5,000 with your Hilton Honors Business Card during the first three months of your card membership, you will be eligible to receive 130,000 bonus Hilton Honors points. Use your Hilton Honors Business Card to make transactions totaling $10,000 or more during the first six months of your card membership. You will be eligible to win a Free Night Reward. The offer expires on 12/21/22. There are certain restrictions.

Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card

A yearly charge of $450. After qualifying purchases totaling $4,000 with your new card during the first three months of Card Membership, you will be eligible to receive 150,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points. There are certain restrictions.

Benefit Changes

In reaction to shifts in consumer spending patterns, Hilton has made a smart business decision by reorganizing its bonus categories to provide greater points for purchases made in supermarkets in the United States. In addition, Hilton is making it much simpler to get status by awarding additional points and counting them toward Elite status. This is particularly helpful in light of the general decline in travel.

The $250 Hilton resort reward that can now be utilized at restaurants is a fantastic method for cardholders of the Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card, the company's most costly credit card, to continue receiving value out of the card. The credit may now be used at restaurants. These new measures will, on the whole, be highly beneficial to Hilton devotees. There are several conditions.

A Quick Reference Guide To Choosing The Right Hilton Card

Look at your alternatives from a vantage point on the top level of the building, and make sure you're picking a card that suits your needs before making a final choice.

If You Are Searching For A Card That Does Not Have An Annual Fee

When it comes to hotel cards, you may want a card with more of a supporting function as opposed to one that you use daily. In this scenario, the Hilton Honors American Express Card is the card that you should use. A generous welcome bonus, a continuing high points rate, and automatic Silver Elite status are all included with the card that does not charge an annual fee. There are several conditions. No matter how often you use the card, you will always come out on top with the benefits even though there is no annual fee.

If You Want Access To Lounges And Other Privileges But Don't Want To Pay An Excessive Yearly Charge

Spending more than $15,000 on your credit card throughout a calendar year will give you a free weekend night reward with the Hilton Honors American Express Surpass® Card. This benefit comes with a $95 annual charge. You will also get ten free access to Priority Pass Select airport lounges each year, automatic Gold Elite Status, robust rewards on popular daily spending categories, and a substantial welcome gift. All of these benefits are in addition to the hefty welcome bonus. There are several conditions. It's a terrific match for those who desire abundant amenities like these but don't want to spend an annual price in the triple-digit range for them.

If You Would Want Further Benefits Relating To Travel And Business

The Hilton Honors American Express Business Card packs more punch than its consumer counterpart, the Hilton Honors American Express Surpass® Card, even though the two cards have a similar appearance. In addition to all of the benefits that come with the Hilton Honors American Express Surpass® Card, you can earn a second free night voucher by spending an additional $45,000 in a single calendar year.

Although this would seem like a significant amount of money, the reality is that many companies have significant chargeable expenditures. You can also earn bonus points in other categories, particularly those associated with business and travel, such as wireless telephone services, shipping, vehicle rentals, and flights booked with AmEx Travel or airlines. This card represents a genuine benefit for company proprietors who are dedicated to Hilton as a brand. There are several conditions.
